You are well into the fall season.

If you have noticed, the Monday Messages for September were written to remind you of important disciplines that make your work both valuable and satisfying. In other words, these disciplines make you an ACE.

To review, each Message highlighted one of the practices:

Attitude. A positive attitude isn’t about ignoring challenges or pretending everything’s perfect. It’s about choosing how you show up. You become the person people want on their project, in their meeting, or at their lunch table.

Credibility. In our profession, reliability is one of our most valuable assets. When you commit, follow through. When you cannot, communicate promptly. Prove yourself to be credible.

Excellence. Excellence does not happen by accident – it is the result of deliberate effort and focused intention. When we deliver outstanding work, it is because we choose to bring our best to the task at hand.

There are a few more weeks in the season. Make them count by practicing ACE disciplines.
